In the program ZISD_EXT_ORDER_STATUS_SRV, The delivery status is getting pulled from the field VBUK-LFSTK, The issue can be fixed if the field VBUK-LFGSK (Overall delivery status) is considered in place of VBUK-LFSTK (Delivery status).
